I had booked one Apple iphone 6 plus mobile for Rs.71500/- on Oct 30th, 2014 vide my order no.96517. Due to delay in delivery beyond a week, I On Nov 10th, I had given my CANCELLATION REQUEST of my order no. 96517 dt. 30-10-2014. I asked them to REMIT the refund of my amount at the earliest.
Then they told me they have initiated my refund on Nov 13th, 2014. But today it is about 3 weeks now since I cancelled the order and still they have not paid my refund.
I have sent many mails to them and called them severally. They only keep buying time. Again today they told that they will send my refund in next 7 days.
I seriously doubt their intentions to pay. Only a fraud company can do like that. Grabmore.in has cheated me. I am suffering multiple pain of mental harassment and financial loss.
PLS PLS HELP ME IN GETTING BACK MY RUPEES 71500/-.
