I bought a Philips HL1643 model Mixer Grinder online from Greendust.com on 06th March 2013. The product details showed five jars with the product , But only three jars were delivered alongwith the product on 19th March 2013. When i called Greendust, they told me that they have mentioned in terms and condition of the website that accessories may be missing since these are factory seconds. My objection is if this is the case they should have only displayed three jars to come alongwith the product. Why they are luring customers like this and fooling them. The website still shows the product with five jars as on today. Request you to please help on this because mixer grinder is of no use if Jars are not part of the deal.
