Dear Sir,
I Devendra Mishra S/o Sri P.C. Mishra has joined the esteemed Pantaloon Retail Group (Foot-Mart Retail India Ltd.) on 20th December-2006 as a Category Manager Operation based at Sahara Ganj,Lucknow and resigned from the job on 30th June -2008 after fulfilling the all required formalities. I have got my Full & Final Dues but not Provident Fund. I have sent the duly filled PF withdrawal Form 19 & 10 three times to responsible officials Mr. Vivek Barthwal & Mr. Rachit Saxena, but till date I have not received my due PF withdrawal farm nor any reply.
It is requested to you please help me for finding the solution of my above mentioned problem.
