EBay - the cheater

I ordered a 9.8 inches portable DVD player from EBay on 27th 0f Sept/14 and after 20 days of rigorous persuasion they sent me a used defective product. I was told to return the item but they did not provide me the postal address where I can send. At last on 21.10.14 they gave me an address where I sent the item by spending Rs 550 as courier charge. The consignment was received back by the Ebay on 27.10.2014. Then again after waiting for 15 days I enquired about the matter and requested Ebay to replace the product at the earliest. When requested, they gave me a fake tracking ID which did not work. Till to date I am waiting without any hope. Now they are forcing me to post a positive feedback about their company so that they can help me.
