Respected Sir, I have purchased Sony TV from the authorise Sony company at Bangalore.Unfortunately, the same TVs Circuit Board has been damaged due to high voltage even thou,built in protection system.So the damaged TV was given for repair to the authorised sony service center at Bangalore.The Sony service company had collected an advance of Rs.4000/ towards repair& replace the damaged circuit Board. But now, the service peoples are telling that,repair is not possible due to non availability of components either in India or abroad provided in the TV model.How the reputed company introduced such outdated models are being introduced to the Indian market without any proper replace/repair components in such a short time. Kindly enlighten us by providing legal procedures for such cases available in Indian Laws for approach consumer forum in future. With warm regards.
