I have Vodafone postpaid connection (9051044466) and a prepaid BSNL connection. I am using BSNL connection for data connction (Internet).I was shocked to find the Vodafone bill amounting to Rs. 2154.90 during the period of 15.10.2014 to 14.11.2014 because it is usually around Rs.500/-.While going through the contents,I found that Rs.1666/- was levied.
Here I would like to put up the following points:
(i) I am not using any data service of Vodafone co.
(ii)The company had raised similar type of charges during the month of December,2013-January,2014 but that time the company withdraw those charges after my complaint. That time, I conveyed the company that I do not require any data service from their side and they shall not connect any data service without my written request. The same was also confirmed by the company lateron.
Now, the point is that vodafone is raising the charges against the same point, i.e. data connect once again.
