Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/ Madam, I have being cheated by the Sales team of the Global Excenture company. They had called as ICICI Bank representatives and offered a Discount Card against my Reward points which was coming to value of Rs.7999/-. So, I accepted the offer and to my surprise a transaction was made of Rs.7999/- for purchase of some holiday package which I was told will be provided free with the Discount Card. This was done on 1st November 2014 vide order no. 870 (This order number is received via mail from Global Excenture). I had immediately called back on the number of the Sales team and enquired why they cheated on me..and wanted to cancel the order. They told me that they will call and let me know the refund process, but did not get a call till 1 week. After that I checked on their website and contacted their office on phone and also send an email to cancel the order. There is no update since last 3 weeks. Also, I have not received the holiday package kit till date.
