I bought a sunflame glass top gas flame from snapdeal 20 days ago.it was working fine.one fine morning the glass top cracked and has shattered into pieces.sunflame being such a reputed company says this product is not under warranty as it was bought from snapdeal.sunflame has not taken any action do solve problem till now after having them told for 6 days.it is becoming so unsafe with glass pieces falling in the kitchen especially when I have a one year old kid in the house.such a poor product and service was not expected from sunflame.pls help as I have lost my money in buying a new product which no product warranty.
