I have couriered a mobile set through DTDC on 29 october 2012.It has to been delivered to recipient but the mobile model is not in the box. The set carried adapter,charger,bill,earpiece but mobile is missing from the set.My consignment number is V10291746 . After follow up for more than 3 months, they are ready give Rs5999 only to us but we want full money i.e. Rs 13490. Please help us in this regards.
