I have submitted application for disconnection of my vodphone mobile no 9619305566 to vodphone gallery by culls near JJ hospital, they have accepted the application stating on payment of remaing Bill service will be disconned. By oversight I have paid additional money. However they forgot to disconnect the number and kept sending the bill. On enquiry the stated ignorance. However when I again submitted the application they have said that they will refund the excess amount recipe by them. I was waiting to get back additional amount, however to my surprise I recived a level notic from them regarding payment of 1145.64 with interest. I am under lot of agony and tension due to this. Kindly take up the issue with vodaphone
