This is to bring to your kind attention that, I placed an Order for Micromax Canvas Nitro-A310 Mobile set on Amazon.in. They sent the same through their sub-agent M/s. Digital Solutions, Faridabad to my above address. But, it found to be a defective set and immediately I informed the same to Amazon and requested them to replace the same. Surprisingly, I receive no any positive response from them so far.
In this regard, I left with no option but to draw your kind help to get rid of the problem.
