I had requested to cancel the photon number vide number 436422495 for my number 9035025411 on 06.10.2014. further i got mail stating We have received cancellation request for your TATA Photon number :9035025411 has been processed for Internet disconnection on 13.10.2014. but the same was not processed. further i gave a request to cancel on 28.10.2014 vide number 434920701. But till date i have not received any communication from them. today again they have sent a bill for the period 25/10/14 to 24/11/14. Further i inform that an amount of Rs 697/- on 14.11.2014 vide reference number ACMP3554915916. Even though i have submitted the request to cancel the connection they have not even bothered to clear the complaint. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.
