Consumer Redressal

I have purchased two items (towel combo & lunch box, order no.26761267 & 26985295) online from shopclues.com. The products delivered by them are of very poor quality and not as per description & images shown on the website. I had requested for return also but they refused to return saying that this is not possible as per their terms & conditions. Most of the products which they are selling are available in market in less than half price. The shopclues.com is openly cheating to public and doing business. This is my sincere request you to kindly take necessary legal action against shopeclues.com. Best regards, Shivansu
