Consumer Redressal

Hi; My name is Varun Gupta.I had a complaint against HDFC Bank regarding a service of (Personal loan ) that i had bought of them on dated 28/11/14. There is totally be a false commitment done with me by their representative(Sales Manager ) name Arvind ph no. 9350121077. They said that it will be at the Rate of @ 16.5% with 1.5% processing fees. But when the amount gets disbursed in my citi account then i calculated it and i found it is at @ 17.5% with 2.25 of processing fees so it clearly shows that they have cheated me.I have already visited the Sec-14 Branch in Gurgaon on the same day 28/11/14 when the amount gets disbursed in my account and raised the concern for the same and give them a Hand written complaint and also get the receiving from them. But the But the response which I got was not satisfactory at all.So please help me.
