Res. Sir/Madam,
I have a cell number 9896238485 of BSNL Telecome Haryana Circle.From the past 20/25 days i`m not able to send any messages to any other mobile number in roaming area, regarding this i registered complaints on BSNL customer care number, i have two complaint number (2k18429210,2k27442254), BSNL closed my complaints without any solution,and they are not giving me any satisfactory answer, i have to send 20 to 30 message daily regarding my office work, but i`m not able to send message,this effect my job badly, please take necessary action against BSNL and provide me compensation.
