I have placed an order with Snapdeal.com On October 26, 2014. But I haven't received the product so far. I have request them for refund on November 16, 2014, but I haven't received the refund so far. As per the Snapdeal trustpay policy, if the consumer doesn't receieve the product in 10 working days after shipped, Trustpay refunds the money
