Consumer Redressal

I had ordered a Memory card through www.Shopclues.com the order no being 25351677 by paying a cash amount of Rs 150 on 1st Nov,2014.The same shipment which was expected to be delivered by 13th of this month has not been delivered till date neither they are able to provide satisfactory reply to the same nor they are able to provide me the exact time within which will be delivered, emails are being sent from last 15 days to me stating that the shipment will be delivered to me within 24-48 hrs. but the shipment has not been received. They are just fooling the customer. On contacting the senior they are keeping the calls on hold (fact that the call is chargeable) for 15 minutes and then they tell that the senior is busy and will be contacting me. Till date none have called me to explain the reason. Kindly register a complaint against their negligence and their deficiency in service and that they provide to me the product at the earliest.
