Consumer Redressal

I have purchased one Digital weighing machine through Rediff shopping on 16/11/2014 and the number is 10703055. However till date (27/11/2014) have not received the material. On checking with REdiff, they are just giving false commitments that the material would be delivered with in 24 hours for the last 3-4 days. The material is sent through some Delhivery courier which I believe is a 3rd class courier service that is unable to deliver the material where as the standard courier ideally would have delivered in 4 days max. Moreover the courier company dont have any call center and all the numbers mentioned in google are not working. On their website the material is tracked at Bhiwandi since last 3 days and my residence is just 30 odd Kms from this place and still they are not able to deliver the material for the last so many days. Hence I want to lodge a complaint on Rediff as they are fooling the customers and delivering on time inspite of all the payments made in advance.
