Consumer Redressal

I need your help in recovering our Fixed Deposit money Rupees (1,25,491) invested in Avon Corporation in November 2013 I had immediately filed necessary complaints with the MCA, ROC and now recently filed claim form with the official liquidator. The company Law board has also ruled order in my favour for repayment of deposit. In March 2014 I had filed a complaint with 'The Addl commissioner of Police - EOW', Mumbai (Complaint No-I.W.No 3780/Addl CP/EOW/2014, dt 19/03/2014) who later on transferred the case to 'The Dy. Commissioner of Police Zone -VIII' BKC, who in turn transferred the case to Santacruz (east) Vakola police station being my residential jurisdiction. However till now there has been no action on my complaint. Could you please advise further course of action as I cant seem to helpless with the situation. I sincerely believe the Managing Director of the company Mr Pankaj Saraiya needs to be tried under section 420 of IPC act and compensation be claimed from him.
