Dear sir,
This is virendra nigam
My no is 8951704857 (tata docomo- karnataka)
In the yesterday morning, I have balance of around rs 150 plus some 3G data.
When my data got over, no any information was received from tata docomo side and they deducted my entire balance.
I called to customer care, manytimes It shows busy.
very often I could speak with one customer executive today.
they denied to refund my balance.
Please look into the matter and please get to refund my balance back.
