Due to health problem i had resigned my job in the month of Dec.2013. After 90 days I submitted my PF claim Form 19 & 10C with PF office at KANDIVLI, MUMBAI for withdrawal benefit. But till date they have not settled my claim. They have rejected my claim 4 times since April,2014. While inquiring with them, they says requisite documents is not there. Now approximately 1 year passed.
Please let me know what is to be done in this matter to settle my claim fast. Is I am eligible for interest for the delayed period.
