I am filling this complaint against Shopclues.com as i odered a Spike Box from shopclues a month ago and the product has not been delivered till date. Order No. is :25387723.
I complained about this and they are simply saying that kindly wait the product delivery is on priority status. Earlier they haven't even told about the status of the product i got o know it from their IVR. As i complained in the support of shopclues. The replied a few times and now they are not even replying to the call and mails by me. I want a strict action against it.
