Consumer Redressal

Hello Team, I have ordered a product online on Whaaky on 2014-11-10 11:48:13 with Order ID : S80650828. The add says "Buy 3 Branded Sunglasses & Get 2 Piece Suit FREE!!" When I received my order, I was not allowed to view it until I paid. After I opened it I was shocked as the product was not only different but also of very low quality and also was large and actually dis-colored. When I approached Whaaky via email (contact number was never answered), I got a response saying "Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. We would like to inform you that the complete product has been delivered after a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same. Thanks & Regards, Whaaky Team. " and I got this same email twice while I have given all eforts and pictures and everything to prove the product was different and also of low quality. Please help me in filing a case against Whaaky.
