Purchased SONY mobile smart phone costing Rs 29,000/- on 28 September 2013 with one year warranty. However started malfunctioning in January 2014 was given for repair. The repaired handset again started malfunctioning in September 2013 which was again given for repairs. Since the mobile was failing frequently I requested the Company to either extend one year warranty by another 2 years or provide me with new handset of same model or refund the money paid. Company refused all the options,hence approaching consumer forum for redressal
