I am submitting this compaint again because I did not receive any response to my first complaint. My Snapdeal order ID: 3110095578 placed on : 2014-10-10 has still not been delivered and they keep making excuses. They have also not refunded my money. They have even gone so far as to send me a fake notification of shipment - when I checked the shippers website, there was no such shipment (tracking # 69167558235). Please resolve this issue for me.
