This is to inform that I have worked in SAPS XL Technology Pvt. Ltd.(86, Saraswati Apartments, 3rd Floor, Golaghata Road, Sree Bhumi, Beside Bika Food Plaza, Kolkata - 70004) from July 2011 to August 2013. But as now I have resigned from there, I have the right to receive my Provident Fund that company have deducted for all those months I have worked there. But for the past 1 year they are only giving me future dates but not clearing my P.F. I feel this very harassing, so I am complaining this to Consumer Forum for proper justice.
