2. Immediately after booking I realised that the journey can be performed by availing concessional fare
of Armed Forces as I am serving Indian Air Force officer. I tried booking the concessional ticket twice before cancelling the full fare ticket already booked. The site displayed that the passenger details can not be changed. Hence, I cancelled the full fare ticket and then booked concessional fare ticket vide airline booking reference no. W4M3MV by paying fare of Rs. 6310/-. My son travelled on this concessional ticket in the same flight. The refund of Rs 9960- Rs 1500 is still awaited.Only Rs 234 has been refunded.
