I have done recharge of rs.37/- 10/11/2014 for call rate @25/p local and std till the date i have not received call rate benefit from your side. i have lodged complaint @ reliance web world no226701488 and got massage after 2 day your sr is process but call rate not given as per plan.after that i have called and lodged complaint @18602002011 as per them rate should be given as per plan of rs 37 after successful of recharge but due some technical error and other plan of rs 47 is already active on your number so same is not activated i am lodging SR for the same and your will get benefit of 25/p for local and std. but till the time i have not received benefit of the same.i am losing 17p/ per minute.i request you to kindly active my plant as the earliest and reimburse all my call done on and after 10/11/2014 which is more then of rs.50/-. since 09/11/2014 complaint no resolved
