Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding a non refund af pending amount by a Kolkata Base Photo Grapher (Ms Smritikana). I booked the said photographer for my wedding and paid Rs 27500/- as an advance to for bookings. But even after number of reminders by emails and phone calls she did not send me the contract for months and used to make excuses. After i got fed up i decided to book with another person and asked her to refund the amount for which agreed and after few days she refunded a part of advance leaving pending amount of Rs 12669/- which she promised to make it soon but till date she has not done. She made excuses for that and then stop replying to my reminders. Almost 8 moths are over but she did not made my pending refund. I do have all the bank transactions and email conversations and acknowledgements. The amount paid as online transfer. Please look in the matter a advise . Thanks & Regards
