Dear Sir,
I have faced inconvenience and financial loss when I purchased a TV from QRS Retail Limited. Alappuzha. This Public limited company has no information about it on its website. It also does not have people who have adequate product knowledge and who are able to give customers the right advice. There is also no refund policy listed on the invoice or on its website. There are no other terms of purchase explicitly mentioned to the customer.
I hope you will look into the issue.
