Consumer Redressal

This is regarding the registry of the flat owned by me in SS Group Delight & Splendor in Sector 57, Gurgaon. My Flat # is B-202 and I have purchased and provided the money for registration in October\'2010- the full amount. However, even after repeated follow-ups on call, email(mail trail below) and personal visit and speaking to their staff, they are not confirming on the exact progress on registry and the date and as a result my registration money is stuck with them for last more than 2 and a half year. I am writing to you with utmost hope that an action would be taken on this and my request and query would be closed soon. Request your urgent intervention on this and help to close it out as soon as possible.
