Consumer Redressal

Dear Madam/Sir, We have got into agreement with Wire & Wirelss Indian Ltd. on 01/04/2009 and have deposited 3.25 lakhs subsequently. The agreement was between us & WWIL for the service of HITS which was to be offered at the above mentioned deposit. However, we did not receive any service from them neither did we receive the service. We have been requesting WWIL office eversince for the refund of the deposit but of no use as we are yet to get a positive reply from the office.We have talking to the people in the office and for some reasons many are not available to talk now. Kindly help for the redressel as the amount is big and small business people like us find it difficult to run the business without ample working capital at hand. We hope you will kindly take this request as important and help us get back the refund
