I had ordered a Philips Vacuum Cleaner worth Rs.4590 at www.shopclues.com on 27 Sep 2014, 01:31 AM. The order no. was 21221091. After a huge delay and without my consent, the order was transferred to another merchant(as it was unavailable with the primary merchant) without my consent. A fresh order was created on 14 Oct 2014, 12:40 PM without my consent and this time I found that they had dispatched an inferior Nova brand vacuum cleaner worth only Rs.1910. Order no. 23225134. I asked them to take back the item, which I returned without opening, and refund my entire amount immediately. Reverse pickup was done through Delhivery courier with tracking no. 15219845404 which shows that they recveived the packagein 10th Nov, 2014. Today is 24th Nov, 2014 and even after repeated calls to their customer cell, I have not received my money back. Please help.
