Hi,
I have placed an oder in bookstand.in online shopping portal for books 3 months before.
The order got cancelled because they could not deliver the item on time.It was credit card payment and i done the payment during placing the order.
After cancelling the order i have called them many times,they are not properly responding.This is almost 3 months now. Again and again i called them they are behaving very badly on call.
So i want to get back the money soon. please do the needful.
