Dear Team,
This is inform that I have purchased one shirt from blackberry store on 9 Nov 2014 but i found manufacturing defect in this shirt when I go for return then store manager told me that you have used blade on this shirt, I surprise that how can store manager told.
Please resolve my concern on top priority , I have attached photo purchased bill and manufacturing defect shirt.
I requested that please look into this matter and i am waiting for your resolution.
