Bank Name: ICICI Bank Application # 7779868008 Loan A/C # LBM​UM00002140​755 Subject: Denial of Home Loan after 2 Months of harassment. Reason for Denial: Property is under Gram Panchayat rules. As reason for denial of Loan seems very silly after 2 Months of Harassment. I have asked for answers my below queries point wise for Clarification. 1) If your bank does not fund Gram Panchayat Property why my Docs were accepted on 1st place by you. You could have rejected it there and then as per your bank Policy or were you not aware about your Bank policies 60 Days Back. 2) If Your bank does not fund Gram Panchayat Property why was Legal and technical procedure carried out by your affiliates twice for this property and I personally have report of the same with me giving go ahead to bank for funding the same. 3) How did Loan account got generated for this transaction in your system if your bank does not fund Gram Panchayat Property? Need your help for Justice.
