Vodafone fraud 9873001970
Vodafone sent me a mobile bill for Rs3775 on 06 oct and in that data charges were 3042+tax and I made a complaint on 10 oct as I m on an unlimited data plan. Akash from nodal office confirmed that this was their error and promised to get this waived. He sent me an email on 30oct confirming same yo be waived in bill for 6 Nov amd till date it is not waived and I have called Vodafone more than a hundred times and they are not responding to my complaint. Please look onto the matter and advise as I have all call recordings and email
