I have ordered a MILTON CASSEROLE CONVOY DLX HOT PACK - 3000 MLfrom ebay on 09.10.14 Item number 151436228748 .I had received it on CANVAS A177 FROM AMAZON.IN AND ORDER NO IS:402-8851069-2281907 and i have received a defective product.It is not at all a useable product.It is really disappointing one.Then i had contacted the seller and complaint about it then she asked to courier it to her for replacement.I courier it to them and followed up many times then they didnt pick my call for long time.Then after almost one month she contacted me said it is not possible to replace because it found fine to use. I want refund of my money.I dont want an useless product for my money.
