Consumer Redressal

Hello, Order No:-26633319(www.shopclues.com) Really I'm frustated with your third class service. Shopclues is fake and theft. I ordered 2 Qt Nike socks(3 Pieces in Each) on 13th of Nov and order delivered on 19th of Nov but when i opened my order there was not any socks only I have got a fake useless shades. I don't know how these guys are running their business with this pathatic service. I called 4 times and Email several times but the same computer genrated response I've got. They said I have to raise the return request from their website. Website is awful. Third class, useless website. I tried many times to raise return request but it shows the same error again and again. I already mentioned this on email as well but not any reponse got from their side regarding this issue. I need my money back on high priority otherwise I'll go for next course of action and make shopclues suffer. Regards Anup Sharma
