i am having a videvon d2h connection with customer id No. 25189860 having a package of North gold, whereas they are showing in this package more south channels than north, for tamil 31, kannada 18, malayalam22, telugu 23, where as north channels are only gujarat and rajasthani 8 channels, bengali 16, marathi 12, this way the videocon company is taking the customer for a ride and enhancing the rate of package without informing the customer, they have disconnected their toll free number. and now they have become paid and it takes nearly half an hour to get to them even after connecting to them
