Hello Sir
I am Sudhir and I am staying at Bangalore. On October 10th 2014, I have booked CG-600 MIXER from ShopClue.com and I have paid amount Rs 2197 through NET banking. I have got the confirmation next day from ShopClue that my order is confirmed. On 21th, ShopClue changed the status as Product Shipped through INDIA Post with Tracking ID and informed estimated delivery time will be by 28th October. 2014. Till today I haven't received my Mixer. When tried to call ShopClue through call or mail, I am getting any response. I am suspecting this is a fraud company. Please let me know what are the actions I can take
