Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir I had purchased pre-paid hotel booking vouchers of Ganga Kutir (Raichak) from their Topsia office in March 2014. Since then I have approached them for booking thrice. Twice on email and once over telephone. They have alsway refused booking saying they are full. The expiry is on 31/12/14 and I am scared that I will not be given a booking and my entire amount will be forfeited. I have written a mail to their seniors who replied saying it is forwared to the concerned person but of no vail. 3 weeks have passed of that as well. Wish to file the matter and looking forward to redressal. Any further details if required can be made available or if a formal written complaint is required to be lodged then will do so.
