Dear Consumer Forum Consumer Grievance Redressal Platform I have purchased Nokia Handset (X1-01) on 27/06/11. At present the phone is in warranty period due to NOKIA CARE PROTECT (NCP). After purchasing of 5 months my phone getting Hang, Bad network transmission. So, I gave the phone 6 times for servicing just in 3 months. Totally I have submitted 11 times this phone in Nokia Care. But the same problem still persists in the phone. Again I reported the Nokia Care Center and they told me to submit your phone in service center and promised me to rectify it within 5 days. But they are not able to solve it. So, I kindly request you to provide replacement of Nokia Handset (X1-01).
