Dear Sir, We had booked a sofa cum bed from Instyle Interiors on October 02, 2014 in the exhibition hosted in (Furniture and Furnishing Fare ) Bombay Exhibition Center, Goregaon (east), mumbai. We had paid an advance of Rs.5000/- by credit card and Rs.15,000/- by Cash (50% in advance). We were promised that the delivery of the sofa will be made in 3-4 weeks. However, it is almost 48 days (around 8 Weeks). We had been doing following up for the last 3 weeks.
