Consumer Redressal

I have ordered a 'Nikon Coolpix P600 camera' (order id -653072919, 12 NOV 2014,6:30 PM) from PAYTM which was supposed to be delivered by 17/11/2014. But today on 21st even it has not been delivered, can't even track it from the very first day. I have mailed them several times(ticket no. - 103750380,103728974,103771142,103783377) raising the issues. For the first two mails they replied with a short message stating 'sorry for you inconvinience etc.', but later they even stopped replying. I have even called their customer care number to register my voice message, but even after registering it properly I didn't receive any reply till date. My 19850 rupees blocked with paytm. As a student it is a big enough money for me and the camera was needed for my college projects. I am not going to order again with PAYTM for this hassle. Please look into this matter, so that I can have my money back to my bank account which I have used for this transaction. Thanking in advance.
