My balance from Idea number has been deducted by Rs 10 on 18th Nov 2014. Even after continuous contact and complain with customer care they are not willing to refund my balance. They are saying that I have activated a service where as I have not done so. Even I complained on same day but they refused to take a complain for the same. I mailed them on same day as well. Request you to look into this.
