Consumer Redressal

On 31st oct I ordered Appealing blue anarkali dress material ,my order id 6278 from Fashionraga.com.In full description of dress information was given that color of dress is blue .I called costumer contact no. and ask about returning policy they answered it is same as the process of Myntra,Flipkart.I answered that when I want to return any product from these site they used to send their man to pick up product which is to return ,then they answered we also send our member for pick up and use to refund as other site use to do.But when I got my dress it was of dark green color ,I told fashionraga about this they answered it might be slight difference in color due to photography as it was mentioned so we will not return .Then i said it is not slight difference it is big difference and if I know the true color of dress then I will not describe it as blue instead I will say it is green dress which is looking blue due to photography.But they answered that mam pls don't get confused it is ve
