I have purchased a Micromax mobile, Model No. A- 093 (W & Gold) Model code : SERMO30503, with a Warranty on the Name of Rajat Sharma Resident of Karnal Pin code - 130021. I have Problem in handling the same model & I have given this mobile to the above mention company for last 2 Months ( date 08/09/2014). But company is not responding me properly & even the are not repairing this mobile. So I kindly Request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.
