Consumer Redressal

I paid Rs.7000/- on 11.01.13 to CapitalVia Global Research Limited, Indore for getting service on Metal Pack, but they have starting sending SMS from 28.01.13 though it was to be started from 12.01.13. After giving SMS Tips for 3/4 days, they have stopped sending and did not start again. Several times I have contacted them but they have not responded with ulterior motive of cheating a customer. I have also sent a complaint letter by Speed Post to their Managing Director at Bangalore on 5.3.13, but he has not responded. I want to get refund of the said amount immediately as the said CapitalVia Global Research Limited have breached the conditions and cheated me. Please intervene in this matter so that I can get refund of Rs.7000/-
