Please take legal actions and help. Order no. 22145709 I feel its VERY VERY WORST RESPONSE comparing to other online shopping website customer service. Also, I ordered package on Oct6, I received it on Oct16.. After that Mobile not working. Its earthing. So, I raised for Return/Refund on Oct17. These guys approved the request on Oct22. No body came to get it return till Nov 5. Then Nov 6 I spend 250rs and sent in professional courier. I got delivery confirmation on Nov 10 itself. When I called and ask this ShopClues guys telling they not received the product. Just cheating like anything. They took money in prior and now they took product also but cheating. Just doing sin and get cursing from many people. They won't live good with the money they got by cheating customers. Kindly don't get cheated like me. I dont know when they going to give my money. Its a loss for me. Feeling very bad for shopping with Shop clues.
